IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MEMBERS TRAVELLING TO THE ISLE OF MAN AFTER MARCH 2010.
The UK Government has chosen to end its long standing NHS reciprocal health agreement with the Isle of Man. UK residents who visit the Island after March 31st 2010 are advised to arrange private insurance to cover hospital treatment that may be required during their visit. [A & E cover will still be free, as will GP service]. The VMCC
Isle of Man Section has negotiated a deal with Club
insurance partner Footman James Ltd.
Footman James can offer VMCC members a choice in the level of cover they may wish to select. Medical cover premiums start from £9.97 for 5 days cover and £11.13 for 10 days cover. Prices vary according to age and the maximum age covered is 79. Call Footman James on 0843 357 1036 and quote your VMCC number.
